The EU Digital Services Act as interpreted by Apple requires me to provide a phone number for the App Store. This phone number is not an AstroConnexions help/support number. Support is only available via email – [email protected]
Please note that via this phone number:
- I am unable to supply advice or assistance with buying AstroConnexions.
- The AstroConnexions app can only be bought through the App Store.
- The AstroConnexions app can only be upgraded through the App Store, or through Apple’s upgrade mechanism.

I’ll need to know the version of AstroConnexions you’re using and which iPad/Mac/iPhone. And importantly the date, time and location of the chart that’s causing a problem/bug. I usually need a way to replicate the problem.
