    An important iPhone setting – Display Zoom (iPhone 12 shown)

    Note this is different than AC’s zoomed settings – double tap, pinch.

    These setting affect AC for the iPhone

    Display Zoom Text Size and Bold Text

    Dark/Light Mode, Text Size and Bold Text

    A change from Dark/Light mode requires AC to be relaunched

    Depending on which setting is selected AC often shows slightly different views. Note that not only is the text made larger (Display Zoom) but icons too. AC is carefully designed for either view.

    The bi-wheel text is missing (update – some text is now shown) when Display Zoom is set to Larger Text because there’s insufficient space bottom left. This does not occur with the larger screen iPhones.

    Note that the iPad has the Display Zoom setting. Please do not use the Larger Text setting for an iPad.

    Bold Text affects many menu views, for example:

    Bold Text not set - default

    Bold Text not set – default

    Bold Text set

    Bold Text set

    Please note that not all views are affected by these settings. Using Bold Text and a large increased Text Size may result in curtailed titles or sentences.
