Animated GIF – using the Decans switch
Decans or Terms/Triplicities. Outer Planets (Trad.) switch applies to traditional Decans only. Charts are updated immediately.
Please note that the Decans switch and the Outer Planets (Trad.) switch are off by default. However, as usual, their positions are saved automatically by AC so if you want to have the Decans on by default the next time you use AC (or the next chart that you use or create) just tap the Decan or the Outer planets (Trad.) switch to on (green).
Type of Decan
1. Chaldean – only available with traditional planets, as to be expected (Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn)
2. Traditional – with traditional planets (Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn)
3. Traditional – with some outer planets (Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn. plus: Uranus, Neptune, Pluto)
